Linear House, Auroville, South India
This house, designed for a family has rooms arranged laterally on two sides of the staircase; giving the house long facades on the east and west. This being the wind directions, cross ventilation is maximized, additionally; the deep overhanging slabs ensure that the walls get minimum direct sunlight.

K House, Auroville, South India
The studio house is a compact unit designed for a single person. The spaces are minimal and finishes kept deliberately simple. Ease of construction and maintenance was a priority.
